Fighting on leas than 3 months rest he isn't going to fight Maidana cuz he's injured Alexander has a July date on HBo set in St Louis and Bradley has July 21 set also. If Khan wants to fight in England before thw holy month of Ramadan in his backyard vs Katsidas or Prescott great. Late in the year he better fight 1 of the top 3 at 140.

If a small LW fought a large WW he would be at a considerable physical disadvantage. Let's not scrap the divisions just yet

I completely agree. Five pounds carries no weight in the argument.

But it won't happen because Katsidis is focused on the lightweight division. I think he's got more opportunities for domination there than at 140. I think much depends on what happens with Marquez-Diaz 2 as far as Kats is concerned. We'll see.

He refuses to fight in August because of religious reasons...

He says July is too soon for a REALLY world class opponent, Katsidis is one hell of a good "stay busy" fight for Khan.
Great to see that Khan is keen to get another fight under his belt so quickly.

Ramadan could be a good excuse for a holiday, but Khan seems all business.

One thing..... July probably is too soon for say a Bradley or Alexander, and Katsidis is a beast at 135, but Kats doesn't have much time to prepare for his first venture up to 140 either.

Props to Khan for the Malinaggi fight, that was an excellent performance.

rather see Kat in there with the JMM-Diaz winner....those 2 BRAVE MEXICAN warriors and Kat make for a FOTY type fight....while Khan will BOX the undersized Kat ears off while using ALL the real estate the ring has to offer....if you put Kat against a boxer like Khan then you don't get the full value of Mike Katsidas....I like this dude and a fight with Khan wouldn't allow him to be the GLADIATOR he is because Khan will be on the move.....sounds selfish but it is what it is!!...Khan-Presscott sounds better imo

Man, a lot of people are seriously underrating Kats. He's a tougher fight than Maidana for me.

              I have him beating Khan.

With timing, good skills, and a great counter right-hand..... Kats is too old in the tooth to learn any new tricks

Kats will need to get behind Khan's jab, try and use smart pressure to really crowd him. Turn it into a streetfight. He's gonna need to be stepping on his feet the whole fight or he's gonna get tattooed.

I agree, the Marquez fight would be better for Kats.

He doesnt have the style or size to deal with Khan's movement and speed.

Hey, if Mitchell defeated Prescott and rubbed it in Khans face, then why cant Khan do the same?

If Kats can crowd him and get inside with Tyson like head movement he can **** him up!
