Even thou Katsidis is a top of the line fighter, he is a natural lightweight, so ¿why doesn't Khan take on a legitimate jr welter? There are a lot of good fight's at 140lbs, like Victor Ortiz, Alvarado, Peterson or even Joan Guzman(who just went up in weight)...Maybe if the $$$'s right, Katsidis won't mind going up to fight Khan..Plus there's no quit in Katsidis & he does have pop in his punches...But it still seems like Khan is trying to pick smaller fighters or fighters with no KO power instead of fighting his mandatory or who ever is next in line..Khan is cardboard champ..

Lets see, he's bigger, younger, and Katsidis is not even rated as a Jr, welter. Sounds like a ***** move to me. Whats wrong with Alexander or Bradley?

Roach said that Khans ready for anyone, I call bull**** crappy ass Golden-Girl protected fighters. People ****ted on Frank Warren, yet Gold-Girl promotions does the same exact **** as any other promoters.

Katsidis is a tough guy but a LW, I would prefer he fought another lighthitter who was at least a guy who typically fights at 140.

Ideally though, I would rather have seen a Prescott rematch he would get alot of credit if he beat the only guy to have not just beaten him but humiliated him in front of all his fans.

This will be a good filler for Khan before he fights one of the bigger names at 140. Katsidis is a swarmer, but he's going to get outboxed. Katsidis also had a few fights above lightweight, but he will be too small against Khan. The matchup will make a good fight though.

Why? Just because he wasted a Brit? He should be looking at his own weight class, besides, Katsidis would KO Khan imo.

I don't like this idea, both these guys have plenty of business to deal with in their own divisions... Khan talks too much

Con can make me a believer if he fights Katsidis and beats him justly, not by some phony stoppage or headbutt cut.

katsidis is strong and tough. but i don't think he has the speed, skills, or reach to beat khan. he might make it entertaining with his determination though. and khan might not be as brave as he was w/ 5KO paulie. he would just hope to land something big. id pick khan all the way. but it would be a decent show.
