I think that this is something that you should actually take pride in. It seems as if you and Pacquiao have something in common, neither one of you is willing to get in the ring with Mayweather without having the the optionn of beating a lax drug testing system, even at the chance of making $40 million in one win night win/lose/draw.

Asking for a $10 million dollar weight penalty is also beyond the standard commision rules. Why didn't Pacquiao go to the commission instead of making a direct request in the contract? He was tryong to change the rules also right? He felt like he was bigger than the sport too right?

Be honest with me Rome, if this was Pac asking Floyd for testing can you honestly tell me this would be looked at and handled the same way?

You know I try not to be honest and unbias which is easy because we not talking about Mosley lol.If this was the other way around we would be at the same place.Torn in half with the fighters fan and boxing writers torn right down the middle. The reason I believe Floyd is taking alot of hits is because people can see where both fighters are coming from(I know I can). But floyd did handle it the wrong way he should have went to the Boxing Comm and let them get involved this way Pac would be forced to do it .And Pac should just take the test if he is clean and lets get this thing on.If the roles was reversed we would be at the same place and that's my honest opinion.

all his **** talking and talking about mosleys divorce, finances, going overboard and crossing the line into a mans family is disrespectful and ignorant, that is why mayweather caught so much negativity, not because he was black

same with mayorga, he crossed the line personally and caught **** for it too, and he isnt black

it is a punk thing, not a race thing

        to me anyways
so you say mayweather crossed the line talking about mosley's family but yet you are on here callin mayweather's family a bunch of thugs? you sound like a hypocrite. And why are you more angry than Mosley himself? does that make sense? you said sugar should have a picture with him on mayweather's lap maybe you should have one on shane's lap

I agree Floyd is not the most articulate guy in the world and it is better when others say your great. Ray had Hearns, Duran and Hagler to make him great unfortunately Floyd doesn't have that level of fighters but he still has an incredible body of work. I agree though, he should curve his mouth even though I feel where he's coming from but that should never take away from his accomplishments in the ring.

            manny, p4p or matchmaking???

            same argument for floyd buddy:
            baldomir - really???
oscar - past his prime BUT it was still an SD!!! LOL
hatton - overrated and had to move up
jmm - jumped 2 weights for a payday, outclassed in every aspect, old
shane - past his prime, overtrained (i dont agree with this excuse, but this will be the most popular).

Q, come on bro, you know better than that man... lol

Now this may get laughed at....but here goes....Baldomir is actually highly under rated on this forum. He gave Floyd problems especially early......if you actually watch the fight you will understand why he fought the way he did....Baldomir is one of the most awkward inside fighters of the last 20 years.....there is a reason floyd hired him repeatedly for sparring after he beat him......Baldomir was a difficult opponent for any welter......he's not elite...but was a very good 47 pounder........and he gets zero appreceiation here as a very solid 47 pounder simply because he lost to PBF which i find sad.......the man had a 9 year unbeaten run at 47 and beat Gatti and Judah at that weight......he deserves some respect.

Tweez you must have experienced some hardcore racism and for that I'm sorry and yes sadly it's still here. But that don't mean you should just say everything that's against a black man is racism.Sometime your mouth get's you into trouble plain and simple.

I wonder what people would've said if Floyd would've said no to the 10 million dollar penalty? My thinking is they would say Floyd didn't wanna fight.

Man look Floyd's skills and his mouth are his money maker. For years he waited for Bob Arum to properly promote him. And Bob just wasn't gettin the job done. Now Floyd promotes himself and everybody knows him. And hes makin more money than everybody. So what has he done wrong? People wanna see people talkin **** that's just the way it is. We saw pac and clottey kiss each other's asses and how did that work? Come on man people just look for reasons to hate Mayweather. They put liquor stores on every corner in black neighborhoods for a reason. They don't want us to be ****. And to see floyd succeed and talk **** pisses the man off. Which is why he doesn't get voted fighter of the decade or other awards. It damn sure ain't because manny is a better fighter than floyd that's just ******. In my experience it's always common for another race to say that racisim is over. Or blacks are playing the race card. It's easy to say something doesn't exist if you've never lived through it.

IMO They started letting Floyd really have it when he said he was better then some of the greatest fighters of all time. Some may think he just said this in a recent 24/7 but he had been said this even before the Hatton fight with nothing to back it up with.

I live in Iowa where blacks are few I still get followed when I walk into the store. Actin like they cleanin up and **** but its whatever. But basically Floyd is a young rich black man and that's talks a lot. That is a no no in this society. You can be black and successful but at the same time you have to bow down. And that is something floyd does not do. He keeps it real. And they can't handle that. But no matter what they say as long as floyd is true to himself and his people that's the only legacy that matters to me.
