LOL. like a previous poster said, negotiations always include ring size, purse split, gloves, etc..... USADA is something completely different... i DONT oppose the idea. but i understand if a fighter were to decline.... ESPECIALLY since there is no proof. on top of that, team mayweather RUINED manny's reputation by making those allegations.... and YES, manny is making it worse by refusing.... but NOBODY was speaking of PEDs before floyd sr. opened his mouth & planted the seed.... so all of these people jumping on the bandwagon is a classic case of a manipulator herding all the sheep.
people are choosing sides too easily.
im not saying pac is on something or not. and in all honesty i would have taken the tests and whooped his ass to make him look bad if i was pac.
having said that, i can completely understand him saying who the **** is he and his thug ass dad spreading rumors saying i am a cheater. ill make my money elsewhere and im not contributing to floyd making any money..ever
but the fact he started negotiations and didnt agree does make him look bad in a way in which i can understand.
i dont think he disagreed because he wants to use roids at a certain point, i think he disagreed because he doesnt want blood drawn that close to a fight.
understandable both views for me, because i am not looking at this biased either way

You just made a valid point. Which is the best thing to do:
Take the test and attempt to kick his ass or
Say who the **** is he **** him?
Why not just take the test for your fans then try to kick Floyd's ass?
Especially when your known for getting away with outrageous demands yourself. Manny is acting like a dude that loves to have his way and the reality is Floyd is by far the bigger draw. 51-3-2 is a great record to a boxing fan but to the average person 41-0 is the sh-t.
