honestly I think it suits best to outsell Pac/Clottey//Pac/Cotto..
reason being..bargaining chip..Floyd says "okay even though I outsold your last 2 ppvs..I will still give you 50/50 if you agree to the OST testing"
..that leaves the options to either
a)accept..b)reject.. c)accept a smaller split, with cut off date on testing.
(wishful thinking maybe..but it could work!)

but remember Arum came out and said If Pac/Clottey outsells Mays next fight..they would be demanding a bigger split..only after that Floyd came back with that same statement..I always wondered why Arum would say that (making things worse!) and knowing Clottey wasnt a real draw..I guess he really thought Pac could carry the whole thing..

now we must remember Mosley was set to appear on HBO championship boxing just a little over 3 months ago..hasnt been on PPV in forever..was only guaranteed 3 mil(range?) to split with Berto..and his PPVs have never been huge..so dont mistake who the draw was in the SSM/PBF fight..

There was a bit of a problem at the begginning and they sorted it out, and Floyd did say once that if his PPV does significantly better then he might ask for the lions share, that could have been talk but its there.

At the end of the day, if they agreed on 50/50 before and the buys do around the same, they would keep is at 50/50, if one does significantly better, then one person could turn around and say things have changed and demand more, whether its Floyd or Manny. Be objective.
No, one or the other will go into cotorted discussions as to the respective merits-or otherwise- of their various opponents, and dissect the resulst of THEIR fights and drawing power.

These two fighters have rubbed each other up the wrong way and will use any excuse to "rub it in" to each other. I believe that this was originally started by the jealousy of the Mayweathers, and their desire to pull Manny P. down to their level. He was getting too much international adulation. The whole world was talking about him.

And all inspired by Bob Arum, their bete noir.
