    No mo' catch weights

As if we don't have enough crappy belts as is. I'm freakin tired of all these catch weight fights. Fights at 142, 145, 164, etc. Yada yada yada. If you're gonna fight for or defend a title it should at least be at the specified limit, without exception.

      Exactly.

Which is why martinez may want to consider this rematch at 164. He would remain the MW champion (win or lose) and still be able to dictate the fights there.

But if the biggest payday he can get in the near term is a Pavlik rematch at 164, he may want to take that.

          Pavlik is finished......

I think PAVLIK was exposed for the last time against MARTINEZ. He kind of took a beating and a lot of punches. On top of that, he can no longer make 160 comfortably. He should retire or mabe try one fight at 168. MARTINEZ mabe would stop him the second time around. I think MARTINEZ should worry about his rematch with WILLIAMS or eye a match with MAYWEATHER because he would beat MAYWEATHER! I GUARANTEE IT! MAYWEATHER with his RESPECT win against an aging MOSLEY, should go fight the toughest MOFO out there and enhance his legacy while he still has a chance. PAUL WILLIAMS is who he sould fight next. NOONE ELSE! Including MANNY. He gain more respect for trying to do the impossible and beating a guy like P.W. But guess what guys? That's a fight he won't win!

                  He's not.......

HEY MAN. GOD-FR33 FROM MKE HERE. I don't think MANNY is ducking anyone. At least you understood my post apparently. Thanks for not over-reacting to what I said. It's all opinion really but if your going to say something, it might as well make sense. LoL. SERIOUSLY though, we all know MANNY will fight ANYBODY but the same can't be said for some other fighters. I am a fair guy and I don't show favortism at all. I call it like I see it. Some of these made up fans be BANDWAGON-RIDING! You should give me GOOD KARMA for my post on the subject because it makes sense! If MAYWEATHER can some how beat P.W. or S.M., he will leave no doubt that he is one of the greatest ever. As of now, he can't say that. MANNY can simply based on opposition. You have to continue to defy odds against guys that the fans don't think you can beat. WHITAKER did it his whole career You get me?

Not too many people will be upset if this rematch doesn't happen anyway. On to the next one.

Good move on Sergio by standing firm. What did Pavlik outweigh him by? 18 pounds?

How much more of an advantage can you ask for?
