Personally, I'd rate Floyd at #1. Personally, I think Floyd will box Manny's ears off. Personally, I don't think Floyd can take #1 until he either beats Pac or Pac loses to someone else.

juan manuel marquez , some dude from china, and calderon on the list but not bernard hopkins. why ? because the roy jones rematch was boring ? i admit it was tough to watch but a win is a win, why not have him at least number 4, thats disrespect to me. lets remember hes the first to give pavlik a beating, gave calzaghe a razor close fight that joe was suppose to dominate, and is still a threat to any 175 pound fighter.

      respect the old man

          American bias.

Pacquiao has the far better resume.

they made floyd king after coming off retirement fighting a 36 year old career featherweight at welterweight & a 39 year old fighter coming off a 1 year & 5 month layoff who was gassed by the 4th round who by the way almost KHTFO in the 2nd round.

Regardiing Shane Mosley, as Floyd said "Vernon Forrest fu**ed you up, Winky Wright fu**ed you up, Cotto fu**ed you up, and I'm gonna **** you up some more."

Mosley was a good win for Mayweather but let's be real, he was 39 years old, and had not fought in 18 months. He looked tired after the second round. Mosley was a good win for Mayweather nothing more.

His other decent win since coming out of retirement was over Marquez. A fighter who had to move up two weight divisions, against a fighter who didn't even bother to make weight. Marquez looked like a midget in there.

In the meantime, Pacquaio ko'd Diaz, De La Hoya, Hatton, Cotto, and won every round against Clottey. All of the above fighters were naturally bigger than Pacquiao.

              Pacquiao is number 1.

                  LOLzzz

*****s are happy now that boxingscene put KFC as #1 P4P... its very funny anyway...

but the reality will not be forgotten that Pac in the Fighter of the Decade, Fighter of the year, so let KFC take the P4P #1 for now for his consolation price by beating mosley. I give credit to that win....

But Pac is the one put against KFC He has no chance he can win a single round.

As Mayweather said himself, P4P is just an opinion.
After overtaking #2, are you the number 1? Sorry. You have just beaten #2 so you are the new #2. To beat #1, you have to beat #1.
