I still wonder why Pacquiao fought D Diaz instead of a real challenge at lightweight.

I'll tell you why so you'll stop wondering. David Diaz is a face first brawler. He only fights those styles or someone who is on the decline or been beaten up. Marquez was the only fighter who wasn't past his prime and tailor-made and we all saw how he looked against him.

This fight was in talks for a while.

It should be interesting but I think Guzman should win it,Casamayor's speed and reflexes are gone.

I hope they make weight since both failed to do so in their last fights.

Katsidis is topping a big card in East London two weeks from now. Doubt he's gonna come rushing back from that to be buried on the undercard of a PPV.

Nobody is going to order this. The fighters and the promotion will get alot more exposure if it was on regular HBO. This just is'nt worth the money unless they stack this card with about 3 more solid fights and make it a $20-$30 dollar PPV. We are already getting jerked into paying almost $60 for Mayweather-Mosley. They sneakely snuck in an extra $10 to the already expensive $49.95. Can anyone else see whats going on here. they gave us a few free fights and now they are going back to theyre old ways of charging us for everything.

JMM used to be one of my favorites but he has lost me as a fan. Fighting Juan Diaz is pretty much what Hopkins does. If he isn't willing to fight the best then I can't respect that. Diaz is not even a good fighter and never was.

I'm guessing HBO showed no interest in this fight whatsoever, and that is why it's on PPV. I wonder if they brought it to showtime. I don't really care about the fight, I mean I wanna see it cause the first fight was great, but they don't really need to fight again.
They should tried to shop this around to some free cable channels. Wonder if ESPN or someone like that woulda picked it up.
