So how in the fuc can you PFB ask for more then 50/50

    Floyd just ducking Pac again..

Your delusional. I'll take PPV numbers over stadium numbers any day of the week.

My bad. Correction, I meant Manny didn't deserve 50/50 the first time but if Floyd hit's over 2 mill Saturday Manny wouldn't even deserve 60/40 and if Floyd's numbers are nearly what their predicting Manny would be lucky to get 80/20.

        • If this fight breaks or comes close to breaking the PPV record: Mayweather=70% Pacquiao=30%. OR Mayweather=60% Pacquiao=40%. I would equate Mosley's appeal to that of Cotto. So if Pac and Cotto's previous dance falls significantly short of Saturday's numbers, Pacquiao and ARUM need to respect the significance of numbers; They don't lie! I believe Floyd is the biggest draw in boxing today, hate him or love him, his PPV numbers speak volumes PERIOD!

Look at their histories. Mosley's appeal is LESS than Cotto's.

Mosley fought Cotto and got 2nd billing and the lower pay. Cotto' PPV's >>> Mosley's PPV's. Roach said that he would make twice as much $$ with Cotto than with Shane.

            • Freddy Roach said that he chose Cotto over Mosley to fight Pacquiao because Mosley "wasn't a big enough PPV draw" (ducked him).

So if Mayweather vs Molsey smashes Pacquiao vs Cotto, that will say it all.

Besides the fact that every time Mayweather and Manny have fought the same person, Mayweather always smashes Pac's numbers. Why is this even and argument?

It proves nothing one way or the other about whether he or Pacquiao is a bigger draw. Using your logic, as I said in my last post, Pac should have been offered 60/40 in his favour in the fist negotiations, because Pac-Cotto outold Floyd-Marquez. But no one pretended then that that proved anything about who was the bigger draw, and only an idiot or a child would seriously make that claim about the Mosley fight.
Cotto is a bigger PPV draw than Marquez and Mosley, if Mayweather - Mosley outsells Pacquiao - Cotto, it proves Mayweather is a bigger draw.

That ship has sailed and if Pac is supremely confident in his abilites (and I believe he is extremely confident of his ability to beat floyd) he should (in my opinion) agree to what ever it takes to make the fight happen (just like Floyd did when he fought Oscar.... giving up all negotiating points just to get Oscar in the ring).

If he does and wins.... he will have the last laugh and shut Mayweather for good!
Pacquaio did the same thing when he fought Oscar. Accepted a little bit over 30% just to get in the ring with him. Those days are over now. He feels he 'IS" the P4P king right now and there is no way that he will be bullied to accept anything less. He will just simply walk away.

Like I said before. They both have egos and they both feel that they don't need to fight each other. They do know that the public and the world wants to see them fight, but that doesn't mean that they will bend that easily.

We can argue all day long on who should get what. But, like I said before, if it's not 50/50, then THERE WILL BE NO FIGHT!!!

There will be no fight because Mayweather isn't going to accept 50/50.

Are you really claiming that Mayweather-Cotto would sell as well as Mayweather Mosley????
