Bropap, what planet are you living on? People with sense and NO BIAS can see that Mayweather is the bigger draw.

        Look at their common opponents.

The good fights that you wanna see consist of good business first my dude and if you have a good job doing good numbers you should know this.
Pac/Cotto BARELY surpassed May/Marquez now you do the math and tell me how that happened? Cotto will sell out Yankee stadium now tell me why Pac/Cotto didn't even do 1.5 PPVs? Now tell me what you think May/Cotto would've done? I don't know you but I do feel sorry for anyone being lead by you in a business sense cause damn my dude you think like a factory worker and I aint even talking about the forklift driver. Mosley deserves respect but not more than Floyd in this situation cause Mosley should have faced Floyd a long time ago not when he had no choice.
HAHA. dude, your whole response was just booty chatter... none of it addressed what i said. apparently you run boxing right? because you act like you know all the ins and outs of the business... LOL. what experience do you have??? so who the f** you trying to impress? dont act like youre the only boxing fan in here, youre the only youtube digger on here.... i bet you bookmarked your little "dentalgate" video that some floyd fans clipped together. LOL. you love to spew & regurgitate the same old tired pro-floyd arguments....

            bottom line:
            • pac/cotto > floyd/jmm (accept it)
            • floyd/shane "who ducked who" argument will NEVER be settled... both sides have good points... not even worth rehashing it.
            • floyd/cotto wouldve been GREAT, but guess what? it didnt happen... but im sure you will blame cotto for that... since im sure you think cotto ducked floyd, since EVERYONE seems to be ducking floyd. i guess everyone is scared to be decisioned to death right???
            • cotto sell out yankee stadium?? cotto/foreman is NOT even PPV, plus a PUERTO RICAN is fighting a ***ISH FIGHTER in NEW YORK.... c'mon, arum made that fight for new yorkers.... it BETTER do good
            • factory worker? LOL. please, what the fu** you do for a living, tough guy?

****** insults are a reflection of your lack of REAL responses. grow up.

He's making huge money with or without Mayweather. His next fight will probably be even more. If he can make 15 million against a guy like Clottey then any half-decent draw will net him more than 20M

People keep talking about the Marquez numbers but Pac is a much bigger draw today than he was back then.
he went from 1.25mil with cotto to 700k with clottey. a draw is a draw no matter the opponent. pac is far from the biggest draw.

              his fail 700k proved that

That ship has sailed and if Pac is supremely confident in his abilites (and I believe he is extremely confident of his ability to beat floyd) he should (in my opinion) agree to what ever it takes to make the fight happen (just like Floyd did when he fought Oscar.... giving up all negotiating points just to get Oscar in the ring).

If he does and wins.... he will have the last laugh and shut Mayweather for good!
                great post

Michael Jennings also fought Cotto, so by your logic, Michael Jennings is now a big name, and a huge draw.

And Pacquiao is not going to accept less than that. So, if we are both right, then why do we need to talk about it anymore.

THE FIGHT IS "NOT" GOING TO HAPPEN, PERIOD!!!!

700k in a fight where one fighter is carrying the whole fight and in which very few people gave his opponent any chance at all is a superb draw. 700k plus a 50k live gate in such circumstances is truly remarkable.
