So, in the world where Floyd has taken the same tests as Pac,

what does it say about Floyds previous 40 fights?

Going by your assumptions and logic,

we'd have to be very questionable about Mayweathers career, right?

I mean, he knows the ins and outs of the sport as he and his family so eloquently tell us as often as they can,

he being, son of drug dealer would have more know how and access to PEDs, the testing system, and ways around it.

Without OSTs for fights before May 1, 2010,

how can we be sure about anything from this guys past in the ring?

Do you agree that ****m checked both Tito's/ Margarito's wraps because both are HUGE threats? Is it somehow new to assure your safety?

      Fuck is wrong with you?!

Yes, we definitely have to question Mayweather's career prior to that point. And all other fighters. Even more so for the ones who are lying right in our faces.

Lolololol you parse words without ever answering a single direct question. I ask you for a simple yes or no and you continue to ramble on about some frivolous nonsense.

The weight penalty fee is a different issue entirely versus additional testing, because one party was guilty of committing an infraction and broke a standing contract, he didn't find a loophole by the way, he paid a penalty fee to Marquez...the keyword being "penalty". One party committed an infraction while the other has been "alleged" to have committed an infraction, quite different in context.

You might want to ask Teddy Atlas. He has access to all their emails. I'm sure he can find you that info.

More so Pacquiao because he refused WADA style testing

The weight penalty fee is supposed to be meted out by the NSAC. Just like drug tests. Yet Pacquiao consistently ignores the NSAC and creates his own. So spare me with the commission crap.
