That is exactly why this assumption doesn't take off from the ground because it is largely unfounded. That is a false surmation.

Cutoff dates are like catchweights, still within the parameters of "legality" and both agrees to it.

There are no policies regarding drug testings and cut off dates and it is about time that there should be one. I agree wholeheartedly.

But until then we cannot go around accusing people according to one's demands either. Pacquiao's catchweight "demands" for example isn't mandatory, it is part of an agreement that BOTH sides can agree to.

And so there has to be a middle ground to everything. But this shows the lack of authority and enforcement of the NSAC that they should foresee all issues regarding the sport of boxing in the state of Nevada.

So, if Pac will lost to Floyd with the USADA testing, it is okay to say that he lost to floyd because he has not used the PEDS, even if has not proven as a PED user, right? so how does he prove that he is not a PED user then?

He then goes on to say IF he DID have steroids in his systems he doesnt believe he can beat Floyd, Im still waiting *******s.
"Saying BELIEVE and saying he IS are two different things", both are insinuations of guilt, at the very least a presumption of guilt and without a shred of evidence to offer as proof. Are you sure you're not Joe Pesci from the movie "My Cousin Vinny", because you really stretch and parse words, not even coming remotely close to making sense.

Is that what you think? I never said that.

So you don't weigh the Sr's notoriety and reliability as factors considering he was an abuser of drugs himself? That is really laughable.

                  • What's with everyone saying either a cutoff date or not? Have you guys ever had a GF? My goodness compromise is the key to success. They will HAVE to come to an agreement and this seems reasonable.
