I dont like the fact that Floyd would do a cutoff date, I think he's making a mistake. But if they did randome tests, like Mosley is doing and Pac is negative, it doesnt mean he wasnt positive for other fights, as well as any other fighter.

So, if Pac will lost to Floyd with the USADA testing, it is okay to say that he lost to floyd because he has not used the PEDS, even if has not proven as a PED user, right? so how does he prove that he is not a PED user then?
