Seems wirerd that floyd is a bigger favorite over mosley than he was ricky hatton.
i agree. but its funny that the line has been moving in an opposite duirection lately.

I brought up odds because it is usually a good place to go to see what people's real opinions are on a fight, moreso than a poll on a website or a bunch of people on a forum.

    floyd started out as 3-1

The job of oddsmakers is to make the most money. Let's keep that in mind.

actually, you're probably right. they look at EVERYTHING. I;m just not sure how much weight they ar putting on it. Floyd certainly doesn't have a history of coming in out of shape.

I think as the fight gets closer all fans tend to go in one camp or the other.

          Camp 1

i didn't think he looked sharp at all against JMM....he ****ed his punches and retracted half thrown shots on occassion......when has anyone ever seen Floyd not be able to pull the trigger?.........he was rusty in that fight.

I noticed the exact same thing. And you better hope it was rust...

Camp 1 casual fans who bet with their heart
camp 2 smart bettors who bet with their heads

smart fans wait to see where the money is and where the line is moving then bet right at the end (unless the opening line is too good.) funny thin is thee line in floyd's fights usually move after the 24/7's are finished.

Floyd should bet a million on Shane, take a dive, then in the rematch, when the odds are in his favor, bet a million on himself, and beat Shane's ass. Mega riches FTW.
