    I disagree.

Even Nehomar Cermeno is worse than him.

I figured I'd get that response.

He's a top bantamweight contender who likes to low blow, punch fighters in their back, give a good ole knee to the groin, and a few of his recent opponents have been cut by butts.

Though, that may have been because they were southpaws.

No. Not to serious. Kessler couldn't see after round 4.

If theses two guys fought in the Mississipi River underwater, Ward would still beat him.

That's really all that there is to be said. It was clear from the opening minutes of Ward-Kessler that the fight was going to go Ward's way.

Kessler may be good enough to beat everyone else in the tournament because he matches up better. However all roads lead to Ward at some point and I would bet the shirt off my back that Mikkel Kessler is not going to turn the tables on Andre Ward. Ward is in his prime and only getting better with every fight.

If people think Kessler will win the second fight by disqualification I would agree that is more likely than his chances of actually winning 7 rounds from Ward when he already failed to win 7 minutes in the first fight.

You could very well be right hitman

Still who knows how Ward reacts if his holding and butting is prohibited? Let me add that Kessler went a whopping 187 sparring rounds for Froch in a 3½ month camp. For Ward Kessler trained 2½ weeks and covered 2 continents.

Some people want to act like S.O.G. wasn't outclassing Kessler all ends up before any cut was even opened (the first of which was opened on a punch, and was under the eye), or wasn't totally dominating him -- tagging him freely, making him miss, bewildering him with angles, swelling him up with a panoply of clean, effective punching -- before the 8th when the cut over the left eye was opened on a head collision. Kessler, for his part, should've been able to make adjustments to cope with, and protect himself from, the rough stuff from Ward. Ward appeared the seasoned veteran in there, not Kessler.

For the sake of realism, the officiating wasn't near like Ottke-Reid, and the fight itself certainly wasn't.

                      Ward >>>>>>>>>> Kessler, 10/10.
I need to see more of Ward to know what he can do for sure. People say he's dirty. I don't think he is. He knows how to clinch and knows some little tricks most boxers learn only in their 30's. Nothing particularly dirty in his game imo. Hopkins is a much dirtier fighter as is Froch, when fighting at home. Every fighter tend to be a little bit more dirty when he fights at home. Even Kessler, if you look at the Froch fight carefully, you'll see Kessler hitting behind the head sometimes and Froch complains about it, which was hilarious considering he did much worse himself when he was fighting at home.
