Because the HW division is so ***ing pathetic. It's like wining a gold medal in the special olyimpics.

It's not his fault but yeah...

Not only is he beating challenges but he's dominating and knocking them the **** out.

Just because the man is a heavyweight doesn't mean he shouldnt be in the top 10P4P.
        He's on boxrec's P4P.

Here come all the idiots saying he only wins because of his size and that the HW division sucks (things they repeat like a mantra, maybe they believe repeating something many times make it true ), predictable.

Because he outweighs most of his opponents by 20-40 pounds.

He's ripped at 240+ and the only fighters that weigh even close to him are grossly out of shape (Rahman, Austin, shomewhat Thompson). **** no one would classify Ibragimov and Chagaev as fit as they can be and they were outweighed by 20 pounds.

You can say that when it's heavyweight, weight matters less, but when Donaire fought a Concepcion that only had 4.5 pounds on him, he could even dent him. Concepcion was getting hurt on almost every shot by Arce and he was treating Donaire as if he were feather-fisted.

If you give Pacquiao, Mayweather, Mosley, etc. even a 5 pound weight advantage at a weigh in, they would continually demolish every opponent they face.

While I believe Klitschko deserves a pound for pound slot, boxrec rankings are hardly a barometer. That's why up until he fought Pacquiao, they had Oscar De La Hoya as the #1 JMW. Get off it.

Most rankings are **** and highly biased depending on who you ask, so mentioning boxrec is as good as any other rankings.

I'm amazed that the RING doesn't have Wlad in their P4P rankings TBH.

Edit: just checked yahoo sports rankings, he's in there, so there you have it. There are some rankings that have him in the top 10 P4P.

Boxrec is worse. Horrible rankings that because of their rigidity, is bound to make some horrific errors.

The ring has strangely included HWs in the past I believe, although some historian may well correct me on that.
why did they leave HWs out?
