I didn't really buy into that. Also, I've noticed that Berto's left doesn't serve much of a purpose for alot of his bouts.

i think Berto's defense is ok in pockets........it just doesn't even look like he is concentrating sometimes.........he has lapses in focus......

No he isn't. Pac takes Berto out within 7 rounds (if not faster). I actually wouldn't want to even see a young fighter get killed like that.

Pac would eat him alive in 4 rounds. Its funny he's calling out Pac for not having any defense which is actually true, but Berto himself lacks defense. Pac's hand speed, foot speed and power are light years ahead of Berto and he would destroy Berto. Would be an entertaining 15 minutes though. Berto shouldn't dare mention Mayweahter, Mosley or Pac at this stage in his career.

honestly i would bet some real cash on Berto......you would prob get 5:1 by fight night if he was facing Pac......maybe even 6:1...........

I can see what you are saying. I never really thought much about his lack of defense, I just question the kids chin. I mean if he was rocked by Cosme Rivera (LOL) then imagine what a Mosley or Pac would do to him.

FWIW....I actually like Berto and I feel that in a few years he may rule 147. I just hate to see talented fighters get ruined, which is why I wouldn't want to see him fight Floyd, Shane or Pac right now.
