who is the best commentator in your opinion?

max kellerman in bias he is from new york and rjj when he did it was great.... tarver is growing on me

however i never like merchant although i respect his long career

i hate how sheridan tries to make even the mundane sound so damn exciting. if its boring and there isnt much real action then thats whats really happening fool!
thats what i like about merchant. he's not afraid to sht on HBO's product.

That's the one thing I like about Merchant - he says things a lot of people are thinking, but he's not exactly subtle about it. It can be painful listening to him though, it takes a walk around the park for him to get to his point sometimes (sooo slow). I have a feeling however, as of late, he's been hitting the sauce with Lampley LOL.
I really like Al Burnstein, Bob Papa and Joe Tessitore... although I don't know how Joe keeps from laughing out loud at crazy Teddy sometimes.
