Teddy Atlas. In Fight Night Round 4 he said, "If you don't move your head the other guy'll move it for you. This guy has been moving his head for him all night."

    Gotta love Teddy.

I like Joe Tessitorie(spell check lazy lol) and Larry merchant. I may not agree with his old ass most of the time but he's consistent and he calls it how he sees it. You can tell he has respect for the sport and its athletes.

I agree the "hard to please" attitude of Merchant makes him what he is, He has been around the sport along time and he knows alot and even if I don't like him. He is essential to HBO boxing, But I just think he is so bitchy at times. I dont like it about him

I'd still say I prefer him to the Showtime guys though...

              Farhood and Bernstein.

And Merchant from purely an entertainment perspective.

Al Bernstein. I like that he seems fair and doesn't have an agenda.

                  A Call For The Colonel.

There's only ONE Bob Sheridan....and he's streets above any of the others. he is rarely more than a point or so out in the scoring, and knows everything there is to be known about all the fighters.

I like Larry Merchant, and don't regard him as "crabby" but a bit cynical. His observations are most often right on the mark.

I regard him more as an analyst than a commentator.

Larry Merchant is the worst commentator without a doubt. the most untalented racist annoying conceited senile old man in the world of sports.
