    Areed!!!!

Hozumi will make Montiel take a dirt nap in 6. I don't see it going into the championship rounds at all.

@Xcaret: Your best bet is watching it afterwards. Unless you want to stay up until 6-7am to watch the fight on an internet stream.

I do think that the Japanese fights are aired on skysports or maybe HDnet. Im not sure really sure but I heard UK or maybe AUS commentating on one of Hozumi's fights before.

Sky Sports did his second fight with Sahaprom.

Your crazy man. Your gonna stay up until 8am(chicago time) to watch this fight?

I'm a die hard Hasegawa fan but I can't stay up till 6-7am to watch a fight. Only time I did that was to watch Masato's last fight before retirement(k-1).

Aight. I figured it was a uk or aussie dialect/accent I was hearing on the commentating.

Well if it's 8 am, then it will be an early wake up call.

Not really. But I would like to see him fight outside Japan.

Thing is. His promotions probably have a TV deal in Japan. Which increases revenue in Japan and keeps the Japanese people interested in boxing by seeing their country's boxing hero in Japan. It's not like the Japanese get to watch many great fighters in their country.

A few guys are always up with a decent stream on the days with Japanese fights.

Though since this fight will be on a Friday, I won't, I'll just download it when I get home.

BTW, thought you should know, I read Hasegawa had to lose roughly 22 pounds to make weight....

Pretty nervous for this one now. I think Hasegawa's gonna win and he's one of my favorite fighters, but I'm not sure what I'll do if he gets Mijares'd.

22 pounds? That's alot of weight. I knew he said he was having difficulty making Bantam but I never knew how much weight he would cut. Hopefully he lose the weight in camp and doesn't have to cut 4-6 pounds this week.

I never really connected the dots when I saw him in a sauna suit, underneath a large/thick blanket, with 3-4 heaters around him too. But now it makes sense.
