Its seems like HBO is trying to sell him as ready for or on the level of the top 3 guys and he is nowhere near it.

He is a great athlete but not the most skilled boxer, and hasn't gotten better since i have seen him.

Well he won, and by ko and what do you want them to do say he is a bum, HBO has to sell the product, he will be carrying cards when Pac, Floyd, and Shane retire at least for a little while if he keeps winning.

I am not hating, I am saying he is not that good of a boxer really and more just a great athlete turned boxer.

He is hated because of his extreme ****iness and arrogance. He dared to go help the Haitian relief effort instead of help little Katty getting down her cat from a tall tree or Jamie finding a parking slot. That shows his arrogance and ****iness :P Nah seriously i have no idea. He's not even good enough to inspire much envy. He's not Bradley, Alexander or Ward/Dirrell hot as a prospect/young fighter so I guess people just don't like him? Maybe they think he has something he didn't deserve... Maybe it's the fact the guy used to be a 160 pounder as an amateur and now campaigning in the 147 division? The fact is, he puts his all into his fights and that's what i like about him.

becuz he is highly unskilled and is terrible to watch. you cant just say "when he doesnt hold...blah blah blah."
the dude holds. that is part of his style.
i like boxing and i appreciate boxers with skill. when boxers with tremendous physical talent fight like MMA strikers, that's a big turn off.
