Uhh, he didn't refused the $30 million, he refused the 14 days or less than 20 days stipulation of the drug test. I could argue that Floyd refused the $30 million as well, but clearly he didn't, he just didn't want to agree with only 20 days prior to the fight. Regardless, both of them loss in this negotation IMO.

"Some people are dying in the ring" **** sounds scared ***** in my book,Mayweather lies to people, nobody is dying cuz of roids in boxing.

            His attitude,Mayweather is a scared cat,who don't like to fight that much,and fights scared,defensive ok,but scared too.

He knows he sucks against southpaws.

This ****** don't know **** about drug testing, and Nevada's comission just caught Funeka this week end.
Mayweather don't rule the sport, and if Mosley agreed to this BS test,it's because, like Floyd said,he's desperate.

The testing is for both fighters and Mayweather is doing it for the Mosley fight aswell and will do it after Mosley aswell. So it's not like Mayweather asked for Pacquiao to do the test and now he's not asking Mosley to do it. Mayweather wanted random drug testing for all of his fights from now on, Not just Pacquiao. So the argument that Mayweather is afraid because he asked Pacquiao to do testing is flawed because he has asked Mosley to do it too.

it is your reasoning thats flawed. the demand for blood testing is borne of paranoia.floyd said it himself, he wanted an even playing field because he fears for his life. manny is so good that floyd cannot believe that hes not on peds and he doesnt want to risk his "zero" because he is afraid to lose. whod said that he would whoop whos funk azz whos an easy fight? those are fighting words and they came from floyd addtressed to manny yet he failed to back up those words, easy fight, my funk azz. why he has also asked mosley for the drug test? doh! thats the one he should insist. try and answer that, make a research, you are lazy.

His style is defense. He's not scared, that's his style. His nickname is Pretty Boy for a reason. And how does he suck against southpaws when he beat them all. You sound like a hater.

Mayweather never directly accused Pacquiao of anything, As I already pointed out Pacquiao asked for a stipulation in the contract meaning that he would receive millions of dollars for every lb Mayweather is over the 147lb limit, Mayweather agreed to this but Pacquiao did not agree to random testing. Check everything, You won't find Mayweather accusing Pacquiao of anything but when a guy gets offered random testing along with the biggest fight of all time and turns it down you have to realise that this will plant fields of doubt into peoples mind. If Pacquiao really is clean and he has nothing to hide then I have no idea he refused the test but we won't know until he decides to prove it one way or another.

You say the money might not be important to Pacquiao but really if it's not a question of money then its a question of Pacquiao himself and the people around him. Does Bob Arum want his prized asset to make $70 million for Floyd Mayweather? Does Pacquiao really want to fight Mayweather? Why does Pacquiao claim he is afraid of needles and then gets his blood taken before the Clottey fight? These are all serious questions that will be answered sooner or later.

The key thing about the testing Mayweather wanted is that it was random testing he wanted, So a cut-off point would not have existed. You have to ask yourself if Pacquiao really is clean then he has nothing to hide why would he even care about a cut-off point? He wouldnt, He would just say "Whatever, Let's just make the fight happen".

I'm not looking to start arguments or controversey with anyone on here. I just want someone to try and explain this to me. But im not sure anyone can...
Mayweather did imply that Manny was on drugs during that interview on the radio with Rugga Man.

Anyway lets look at the Morales fight, Manny's initial blood test somehow got lost, so he had to take a extra test a day before the fight, now correct me if I am wrong but that is a random and unexpected test.

Manny himself said that he felt the blood testing weakens him, takes time too recovery and a reason he lost the fight to Morales, bull****? maybe, maybe not, but as Mosley said on 24/7 "he understands how it can affect people".
Now given that Manny is supposed to consume over 7000 calories in order to maintain weight, so regularly taking something out of your body which is not natural, it is plausible to claim he is infact weakened from withdrawing blood and affects his ability to train at the top level. So seeing Manny himself said that, of course Mayweather is going to play around it.

Also the thing about him being afraid of needles, where did that even come from? its not like getting a blood test is foreign to him, he must have done it 100's of times.
And as mentioned, alot of of it is rubbish coming from Roach and particularly Arum, and also Manny not being able to express himself properly does not help.

The fact remains, if Floyd wanted the fight, really, really wanted it, he would have complied to the same rules he did for his last 40 fights. It's really is that simple.
