How can Pacquiao refusing a drug test mean Floyd is scared of him? Maybe someone can explain this to me because I dont get that logic. Surely it's Pacquiao who must be scared, Either of fighting Mayweather Jr. or of being drug tested randomly.

Pacquiao refused to be drug tested. Therefore people assume he is on drugs, It's a fair assumption in my eyes. Pacquiao had the oppurtunity to silence these people and take the test. But he didnt do it.

you get drug tested before and after every fight. he has passed them all, floyd knew pac would say no after the moralis fight. the whole world knew he felt he was weakened when giving blood. it isnt something that is new
