What does Martinez beating Pavlik have to do with Paul? I dont see the correllation my dude.

If Martinez wins Paul will simply fight Martinez.
He is saying that after this Saturdays fight it could have been Paul as the MW Champ and he could have had some leverage and pull in order to get bigger money fight instead of Sergio who will if he wins on Saturday.

If Martinez wins Paul will simply fight Martinez for the belts. And doesnt Martinez beating Pavlik make Paul look better since he beat Martinez?
Martinez is gonna end up with the lion's share of the money if the rematch happens in that case though. You're not grasping what I'm trying to say.

It still wont matter. He can simply rematch Martinez for the belts.

What Lions share of what money? Paul and Martinez fought in front of under 3,000 people in their fight.

There is not money. Martinez vs. Williams wont have any purse issues that fight isnt a PPV worthy scrap anyway. HBO will see to it Paul gets his cake.

That is a very risky proposition, it was a close fight last time that plenty of ppl thought he won and if Sergio is champ he could make Paul travel to where he wants him to so there will be no chance of bad scores not in his favor.

Martinez was robbed off that victory with his fight with Pwill, so yes.

Doubt it...Martinez aint no ticket seller as far as I know...Paul is the name...even if Martinez wins IMO...

Can't decide who I think will win right now...Martinez has nice angles and looked very good against P.Will but he can be touched a lot...

I'm betting on Pavlik...if anyone wants to bet let me kno...

Okay. Well, in that case then it sounds like instead of fighting Pavlik for the Middleweight belts he will be getting less for a Martinez rematch if he wins. I don't know how much money he's getting paid for the Cintron fight.

Sergio Martinez even with belts cant make a fighter go anywhere. Paul is an HBO , Al Haymon fighter.

He is also a bigger star and mane then Martinez. Hes also fighting on the Floyd-Shane replay night.
