Vitali definitely has power, but not as much as some people think (mainly because of his ko ratio). Sanders himself was a harder puncher than Vitali (and yet had a much lower ko ratio). Vitali wants to take people out, so that's what he does. Most of the time, he gets TKOs, not KOs
I feel Vitali had harder punches before he retired too. It's kind of strange, because I have always heard that the last thing a fighter loses is his power. Vitali is not even that old, and he's in great shape. Anyway.
As for Tua, his power looked the same when he fought Cameron, but I haven't seen him against Friday. However, I know Friday has a good chin, so maybe Tua's power hasn't deteriorated.
