  • Sounds suspect, I honestly don't believe the k bros are gonna go so far to make the fight. Unless they really seen something that makes them think they can win this right now. Furthermore Im not 100% sure Haye can even make the fight competitive at this point, he does have the punchers chance no question. But he is inactive alot and that just doesn't seem like it will be enough to win a boxing match with either. haye will have to KO them quick or outbox them to win, but he just doesn't seem active enough to win 12 rounds with either. If either withstands the storm and can start jabbing and using size it makes hayes activity seem very suspect as well.

Comment about ****sexuality : sad, the rest of your post is good.

I meant Wlad doesn't fight... in the ring. Yes, Haye is not busy enough.

So they're satisfied with their boring ass champion. That's all they have.

Damn the Ali era is long gone. Sad.

        And I don't give a **** about soccer.
FYI- Ali was in a lot of borefests later on in his career. He bluffed through a sh.it load of fights and was just as boring as Wlad is at times..

Ali also gave some of the best HW fights ever.

            Did Wlad do that ?

Ali gave boring fights when he was well over the hill.

Is Wlad over the hill ?

I'm optimistic that Wlad will eventually turn in a few really memorable and exciting performances. He has already actually- I thought his destruction of Chris Byrd the second time around was very entertaining...

I saw Wlad KO Calvin Brock at MSG and there was plenty of excitement, and about 15,000 or so fans. Then I saw him and Sultan there and that was just a bad night. But Vitali and Arreola's HBO fight had the biggest non-PPV numbers of all their fights last year. The Klitschkos can draw in the US with the proper opponent.

Eras are always greater in retrospect than they ever were in actuality, and that includes the Ali era. Nostalgia is fine up to a point, at which it begins to bury the present (see: Burt Sugar and his ilk). Nobody cares about the "mecca of boxing." The mecca of boxing is where people who love boxing come to see it. If that's Germany right now, so be it. The sport lives on.

How is my quote BS? Please explain. Although I'm not surprised, since you gave me red k when I had just registered in the forum for no good reason.

Has Wlad ever run for 12 rounds like Haye did against Valuev?

Would Klitschko back up and fight off his back foot all night against Ruiz like Haye did?

Haye's style of backing up, walking around with his hands down and throwing the occasional counterpunch is just as boring as Wlad's.

The only reason Haye's fights are more exciting is because he is so ****ty technically that his opponents have success coming forward and landing punches. Wlad just doesn't allow it, he has an ability to dominate a fight that Haye will never attain.

Don't ever forget that there is no professional sports without supporters. Those guys are supposed to fight for the people too. Winning isn't everything. Oscar lost a lot at the end of his career, and people still liked him and watched him because he gave good fights to the fans.
Americans know boxing better than european, that is your argument? Lol, you truly are desperate.

It's cool you don't give a **** about soccer, but you see, the rest of the world does.
