one of his trainers said that pac doesnt know what is given to him, so who knows?
i think pac is the last one who should use PED's, he is one of the biggest representers of boxing today, especially in the philippines.
if he gets busted, the image of boxing will also suffer from it.
on more reason to test every athlete, regardless of his status.
if pacquiao fans would criticize him a little more, he would agree to the testing.
but he gets all the support, it really doesnt matter what he does, they cheer all of his moves.

My inclination is to believe that he isn't using, but his refusal to the 14 days, makes me wonder.

The whole thing has been handled abysmally, if they were smart they should not have entertained the Mayweathers with negotiation with stipulation and such. It should have been either go with NSAC or no go at all.
