No but I think he is very superstitous. Everyone knew since 2006 he felt he was weakened when he loses blood during a fight and before it. Maybe it is an excuse for him losing to moralis.

I think mayweather knew it affects Pacman mentally, giving blood. which is why he requested it to gain an upperhand

Asking the question does not make me a hater. It's just that I think most people may vote 'No' therefore I see it's strange why many want him to take extra tests.

If there is a big vote of 'Yes' then it's clear that his reputation has been dented. I'm not sure many suspected him of this before the allegations. So maybe Pacquiao has a case?
