I find it funny how stans will say "He's never been caught cheating, why randomly test him!?"

Because these idiots will never understand that random blood and urine testing is the only way to tell that an athlete is 100% clean. And don't say that "oh, Marion Jones tested negative." Well, they keep the tests for a certain amount of time to test in the future thus making the tests futureproof.
