I favor Ali over Wlad but to say it would be easy or even worst "that we would toy with him" is plain ridiculous. His size (nearly 6-7) skills and talent alone would make him a very live opponent.

Ali wasn't invincible. 185 lb bum Cooper knocked down, badly hurt and almost KO'd Ali who was saved by the bell.

Either Klitschko would be more than capable of beating Ali.

Cooper wasn't a bum, he was a pretty decent fighter. Also, you excuse Wlad's loss to Purrity by saying Wlad was 21 and inexperienced, well Ali was 21 and only had 18 fights before fighting Cooper.

And Ali won that fight. He came back and won, despite being hurt.

You make out Wlad and Vitali to be invincible, but both have been beaten, and in Wlad's case by knockout vs some ordinary fighters.

Ali only ever lost to very good fighters, bar Spinks and Berbick, but obviously he was a shell of himself by then.

But on the subject, Ali beats Wlad, but Wlad's size and the fact he is a pretty good fighter himself means he is a threat and wouldn't be a guy to be toyed with.

The Klitschko's are about 20% bigger then Ali. It's the same thing as saying a light weight would toy with a middle weight. Ali fought in a more competitive era. But head to head it would be tough for Ali.
