    Hopkins barely built any muscle, does he look like a body builder to you? We're talking about two completely different extremes. Look at Shannon Briggs then look at Hopkins, then look yourself in the mirror and realize what a dumbass you are.

He looked sluggish and his movement; MY GOD; his movement wasn't the same, so slow on his feet. One could never expect him to get close to Wlad/ Vitali with that slow movement. He needs to stop getting bulkier; he looked alot better against Barret.

          what about shane mosley? his movement is awkward and not fluid, but he's still fast and hits hard
