How exactly will beating Ruiz put the Haye doubters to rest? Because it just amazes me how some of these heavyweight clowns are now looked at as serious contenders just because Haye is fighting them. Because in reality Ruiz is just not that good of a fighter. And it is not really even my opinion because his record speaks for itself. And in the last five years he has lost to anything that even resembles a world class fighter. And sure he can make it a tough fight for anyone. But that is because of the style Ruiz fights and it really has nothing to do with how good he is. And wow go figure he is not even rated in the top 25 by Boxrec, even Barret was rated higher when Haye fought him. And Ruiz has also done absolutely nothing but lose consistently to get yet another shot at the Don King Boxing Association Heavyweight belt. So, if Haye does somehow manage to lose to a fighter who happens to be ten years older and who's best win was against a 40 year Holyfield ten years ago, Haye should be absolutely embarrassed and should retire from the sport just in time to go on a Easter egg hunt on Sunday morning.

You make some good points, but no one has stopped him since Tua, and he's fought a lot of world class opposition, even if he has lost to most of them. And he's only lost narrowly, and in some of the fights, controversially, other than to Roy Jones. A KO would make a statement, whether you like it or not.How exactly will beating Ruiz put the Haye doubters to rest? You stated that Ruiz was in few close loses in the past few years so I went back and watched one. I watched Ruiz vs Chagaev and after the first couple of rounds Chagaev dominated Ruiz. Ruiz looked slow and could do absolutely nothing from the outside. And how that fight was scored a split decision is anyone's guess. So, after watching Chagaev take Ruiz a part in a scored split decision, I would believe that all Ruiz's close fights in the last few years would be suspect. And I truly believe if Chagaev had a little more power he would have stopped Ruiz. And that fight was four years ago so what direction do you believe Ruiz has gone since that time? Also, some fans are making such a big deal out of Ruiz's chin, but in reality how many big ****ers has Ruiz really ever fought? So it will be no surprise to me what so ever if Haye goes in there and makes quick work of Ruiz. After all there is a long line of great fighters with a history of a good chin that have gotten themselves KOed at the end of their careers. And Ruiz is far from, nor was he ever, a great fighter. You make some good points, but no one has stopped him since Tua, and he's fought a lot of world class opposition, even if he has lost to most of them.
