heavyweight division is at it weakest ever!

the division has been so bad the last decade that guys like Briggs, tua,Holyfield,Botha, etc, are still active & talked about...other than haye, arreola, chambers, peters & a couple untested Europeans this division is dying off.both klitschkos were after thoughts in the 90's & never did anything until the big dogs disappeared or got old & fat.guys like boytsov, dimitrenko, arreola, peter, chambers, povetkin must fight each other more often to establish the next legit title threat.also we need 1 champ not 4...then recycled contender from the 90's & unproven guys like kingpin & sosnowski don't get title shots.the division needs to move forward but it keeps getting stuck in the past....step up new guys & take the old out to pasture.

I dont see how its so weak. You got:

      Vitali Klitschko
      Wlad Klitschko
      David Haye
      Chris Arreola
      Tomasz Adamek
      Alexander Potvekin

...just to name a few. I seriously dont see WTF is so wrong with this division

It was worse a few ago. It's getting better no doubt about that. Don't forget how poor the division were at the end of the 80s either.

            You are absolutely right.

The old hangers-on like Tua and McCall are just fighting journeymen. Joe Strong says Briggs is still relevant, but he hasn't won a fight since 2006! How is that relevant?

Some people will keep saying it's no good until we have an American world titleholder. Joe Strong is an American wannabe who worships American boxers.

OP: Explain how it was a stronger scene 86-92 when Frank Bruno got four attempts at a hw belt, the first three all being KO defeats?

Its better then when Ruiz and Byrd were champions and those two bums didn't even want to fight each other. At the very least you have to give the Klit brothers credit for fighting everyone.

[/Qyou are just a gay wannabe European! I don't recall my favorite boxer other than James toney & Holyfield are American.where are lennox,Botha, golota from? Since they were & are my favorite....you really should just shut up because you never know what your talking about you wreck beach, ballgazing ****....you are an embarrassing Canadian & you should just move to Europe since it's so much better.also I pay extra to fly over the states because I'm never going there. Why would I want to be American when I make more $$$ here building the oil sands, schools, hospitals, airport hangers, etc. I wouldn't want to be an American.I'm happy being Canadian not like you...
