I like Wlad and Vitali and no I don't need an American champion for the division to be exciting. But I do feel that the division is the weakest in boxing next maybe the minimum weight and strawweight divisions.


And it's not because the K brothers are European it's because none of their fights are exciting and neither are the contenders who fight each other. The division is boring as a whole.

I think that’s the best argument yet, if you ask the common sports fan who’s the designated heavyweight champion is they couldn’t tell you whether European or American.
