Paul Williams has the worst of both worlds..he's most definitely one of the most dangerous at WW if he could still make it..but..he also doesn't bring **** to the table..he has 0 drawing power..

When Cotto fought Shane was he ranked higher than Williams at the time? I do know Shane was more money, and more exposure. But, I am not sure if he was ranked ahead of P-Will at the time. I know Shane was coming off a very good win against Collazo.

But, anyways can you tell me who did Cotto fight instead of fighting Williams?

Miguel Cotto was also never 95lbs like Mayweather's lil brittle ass..so it's not like if Mayweather was as stocky as Cotto and started a career at 140 he would be in the 168lb tournament right now..he would go up maybe 1 or 2 weight classes as well..
