Dumbass, Mayweather called Cotto out at 140 after he beat Gatti. I saw the fight and the interview myself. I also know that Bob Arum and Cotto's father said Cotto was not ready for Mayweather at that time. Mayweather did say Cotto was green AFTER he split with Arum because he wanted nothing to do with Bob Arum at the time. If you knew a damn thing about boxing or had been watching it several years ago instead of jerking off while watching Miss Piggy on the muppets, you would know that.
