This alleged "lawsuit" was filed almost four months ago and nothing has been heard since -- no depositions have been taken, no hearing date has been set -- because the lawsuit is nothing more than a bluff. IF they were serious about it, depositions would have already been taken by now or some kind of date would have been set.

I didn't read Roach's statement about the lawusuit being dropped if they drop their demands for random testing, but that was Pac's team's strategy all along. It won't work. The demand for testing will not be dropped and Pac's lawsuit has no merit. Mayweather and Golden Boy have called Pacquaio's bluff and this lawsuit will suddenly vanish around September or October 2010, which will be the same time that Mayweather scorches Pacquaio's ass in the ring.
I agree. Why didn't they add Teddy Atlas and Paulie to the lawsuit? They were just as vocal as Floyd Sr and Roger.

He stated it as fact and they are completely f**ked. Take this from someone who has an uncle as an attorney. When I told him that, he said that's slander.... BUSTED!
BUT a defamation lawsuit is very hard to prove. you can accuse anyone of anything and if you really believe what you has said, its not defamation, per se. for example i say pac is on peds and the judge says why and i give all my reasons for what i believe case dismissed. IN DEFAMATION YOU HAVE TO PROVE THE OTHERS KNEW THEY WERE LYING WHEN THEY MADE THOSE STATEMENTS. and thats the hardest part. how do team pac prove they knowingly lied about pacs alleged ped use? and with pacs multiple excuses as to why he didnt take the test on the first go round gives amunition to the other side. defamation is very hard to prove.

They don't understand that. They feel as if they're liberators, crusading against the enemy known as Mayweather. Logic need not apply.

This lawsuit is nothing, and will soon be forgotten. Mayweather himself hasn't said anything, taking him to court is pointless.

i would fight him w/ the whatever tests the commission requires us both to take. why would i suspect that overrated one-dimensional bum of something when i know he's an easy win for me. just because my stoned dad and uncle excon told me so? nahhh...
