In spite of the crap coming out of this clown's mouth and that of Freddie Roach, I can still say without any doubt that there will not be a lawsuit. This is just a case of posturing by Pacquaio's team. They have no basis for a lawsuit and no chance in hell of winning in court. They know this and so do Floyd Mayweather. This alleged "lawsuit" was filed almost four months ago and nothing has been heard since -- no depositions have been taken, no hearing date has been set -- because the lawsuit is nothing more than a bluff. IF they were serious about it, depositions would have already been taken by now or some kind of date would have been set.
I didn't read Roach's statement about the lawusuit being dropped if they drop their demands for random testing, but that was Pac's team's strategy all along. It won't work. The demand for testing will not be dropped and Pac's lawsuit has no merit. Mayweather and Golden Boy have called Pacquaio's bluff and this lawsuit will suddenly vanish around September or October 2010, which will be the same time that Mayweather scorches Pacquaio's ass in the ring.Last edited by big_james10; 03-29-2010, 04:40 PM.Comment
