Oh how fondly I remember Marion Jones' lawsuit, Roger Clemons' lawsuit, and Shane Mosley's lawsuit. This seems like the default stonewalling antic when faced with steroid accusations. This lawsuit stinks too. If Teddy Atlas, who went on live television (not a quote from the Grand Rapids press) and insinuated more than anyone....even going as far as saying his "credible source" gave him the info...that Pac was hiding something regarding PED's, isn't named in this defamation lawsuit it holds no weight.

HAHA. imagine ali saying that? i totally agree... but since floyd wont fight without a test, then pac has no choice but to take the test.... so bottom line, if they want the fight, they have to agree to the terms. i really dont see floyd withdrawing his request, especially after mosley accepting the same terms. now whether i believe in USADA testing in addition to NSAC, thats another thing. personally, if the testing was good enough for the GREATS, then it should be good enough for floyd... do i think floyd wants to "clean up his sport"? hell no.... i think thats rubbish. but if individual fighters start requesting it in contracts, then more power to them. its all business anyway.
