A defendant generally has 60 days to respond to a lawsuit. The lawsuit has been filed, but that doesn't mean it will actually make it into a court of law. Shane Mosley filed a lawsuit a year or two ago against Balco and we haven't heard anything about it. This lawsuit will disappear because he has no case and cannot win.

The lawsuit is a joke. Defamation of character/slander is probably the most difficult case to establish in American civil procedure. The plaintiff must establish all of the following:1. That the defendant in fact publicly made the statement. 2. That the statement or allegation was in fact untrue( Manny may have to take the test to establish this element) 3. That the defendant KNEW the the stement was untrue. 4. That the statement was made with the express purpose of defaming the plaintiff. This is why tabloids continue to operate with inpunity in the public domain where first ********* liberties are cast in stone. I don't know how they operate in the Philloipines, but in the U.S.A if i believe Skippy is a punk and can say: "Skippy is a punk.":

I think the only thing Mayweather Jr said was for Pacquiao to stop taking power pellets, and something about the Philippines making the best PEDs which isn't really much to go off of.

There is blood testing after the fight, anyone with common knowledge can tell you that taking HGH or ANY steroid needs about 2 months to feel the effect, and they do stay in the system, and a blood test after the fight will prove if a fighter Is clean.

all jokes aside, some of you feed into the media like a child being fed candy. It's all hype. We already established that HOF trainer Freddie Roach didn't want Manny to face a guy like Mayweather in March. The court "case" just causes more drama and hype for the fight.

Lets just see how bad Pac wants to fight Mayweather when the time comes. Ducking a fight for politics and or drug tests wont fly. The public wont be so forgiving the next go around.
