This is true and as far as manny having a better resume at WW as of now i guess it depends how you look at it. Floyd fought the two top fighters at the time when he first arrived in the division and manny has yet to fight the #1 guy soooooo. I guess you could say he has a better resume because you feel cotto was better than Judah in his prime on Nov. 8th but I'm not 100% sure of that either. The DLH fight however... I would just leave that fight out of your argument all of the more knowledgeable fans on here know DLH was in horrible shape for that fight which isn't manny's fault but the fact still remains that he was.

To me, beating SSM at 147 for the WBA title is equal to beating Cotto at 145 for the WBO title.

SSM is 38, but Cotto was coming off the wars vs. Margarito and Clottey. Two fights that you can argue Cotto lost.

See here is where we might disagree since I scored the Shane-Cotto fight a draw. And, as of right now I rate this version of Shane higher than the version of Cotto that Pac fought. When Pac fought Cotto I had Cotto at #2 and Shane at #1 bro and so did the Ring bro. I mean you should take that into account also bro.
