Dirrell lost the fight himself. Running like you're in a marathon doesn't win you fights. Its the boxing purist that are the most butthurt about it.

Running doesn't win fights, but not landing any punches does? So basically, in your opinion, all a guy has to do is come forward, and throw punches to win? No need to land punches, just throw some.
Hilarious. Sure Dirrell ran. Sure it was ugly. But if we're talking about who landed the cleaner, more effective punches, then a legitimate case cannot even be made for Froch.Comment

How quickly these ******s show themselves. I bet if we count Dirrell hugs they'll double the punches he threw, the sport it's called boxing not hugging.Comment

i said something similar in another thread, AA will lose the 1st 3 rounds as usual, and will struggle to get them back against Dirrel due to Dirrel being so negative and AA hiding behind his guard for a long portion of the round.
AA has to catch him with some big shots, which will be hard to do, to win rounds.
AA can KO him if he catches him enough, one big shot wont do it imo.
I think its 50/50, and would favour AA by KO but Dirrel getting a decision is a big posability.
But if its close on the cards, im gonna be crying robbery!!!!!Comment

Yeah, and it's also called "boxing", not "punching and missing".
How about we count how many punches Froch landed. It shouldn't take long, you can count them on one hand.Comment

and falling to his knees when Froch refused to hold onto him when Dirrel threw himself at him.
I stand by what i said, they both lost, neither deserved to be called a world champon after that fight.Comment
