Sanders did catch Wlad with a wicked headbutt to the face to start that one off though.
Sanders is one of the bigger underachievers in boxing.

Half the guys in here right now are also in the lounge talking about other sports and the one thing you all agree upon is that athletes in the NFL, NBA and MLB could not hang against the athletes of today.

But when it comes to boxers you guys act the opposite.

You can't have it boff ways.

Definitely, he never took it serious enough, but he could definitely ****.

I remember that. Wlad wasn't meant to beat Sanders that night anyway, he couldnt see anything coming and Sanders has quick hands to accompany that power.

If size was all that important, Valuev would have beaten Haye. Klits are both slow, esp of foot. Ali isnt small, 82 inch (or 84) reach, blistering hand and foot speed.

TBH he dances and pops all night. Wide UDs.

Vitali moves around the ring like a ballerina and has mastered the hands down, pull back style better than Ali ever could.

Once Ali turned Vitali's age he was a punching bag for bums. He is inferior to Vitali in every way.

ali gets knocked down against cooper in his prime, the reaction is comparable with the end of the world, others get knocked down tons of times, its nothing special ?

i was responding to your " patterson got knocked down 18times in his career"
i know wladimir dominated the fight.

where is the proof he was 40?, because thats what u were claiming.
an old inactive fighter doesnt embarrass an ATG the way liston did.
liston fought ali 7months after he demolished patterson a second time.
wladimir was not in the ring for 9 months now, but he beat the **** out of chambers, didnt he?

If he stays on the outside he plays in to Wlads hands.

A young Ali would have speed the Klitschko's have never seen before. Vitali would never get close and Wlad would be in danger against a guy that did 15 rounds easily. Ali had one of the best chins of all time and faced a much, much greater level of competition as well. But when it comes down to it Ali, even when the cards were against him, found a way to win.
