Really i thought it was team Pac that publicly called off negotiations then Arum who preceeded to lie about a 14 day cut-off being offered by team
Mayweather.
Pac had blood drawn 19 days away for his fight with Joshua Clottey. A 14 day cut off is a 5 day differential..........so why did he refuse again??
