Like I said, a ban would be the least of his worries if he tested positive. But why would he HAVE to agree to it if the USADA has no jurisdiction?

if he is clean...why not Pac and his nonsense is hurting boxing's credibility atm.........randomised USADA PED testing is no big deal at all......what valid reason does Pac have to say no....??

- Floyd is bigger than me so drawing blood is disadvantageous to me.......

- Afraid of needles

- Weakens me excuse? 19 days out for clottey, back in training next day.

- Can make more $$$$ fighting someone else?




Are any of these reasons a legit excuse to tarnsih the sport, your own image, deprive all fans (including your own) of the fight they want to see and leave $50 mil on the table in the process?????

My guess is there agreeing to for contract purposes... they both aren't using any PED's. Shane would be a fool to get caught again.. and Floyd has supreme talent and trains like an animal.

USADA

Its in the first post.

The USADA has no power to ban them from boxing. They're an independant testing firm with no ties to boxing or its currant rules. Should that change in the future they might somehow have the authority to levy such consequences. Till that time they are powerless to do anything except administer private testing.

I would also suggest it is being used as public pressure to try and force Manny into accepting their terms seeing as Golden boy and Floyd would be co promoting the event.
