If Margarito comes back and fights Pacquaio and most importantly wins...then Cotto really has no choice but to fight him IMO.

Margarito/Cotto II after Margs beats Pacquaio is just too juicy of a fight. Think of the atmosphere and build up. There are already enough storylines to write novels about, adding Pacquaio into it would just be the icing on the cake.
