because most people stick with what's popular at the time and support it. That's goes for most things in life. Right now in boxing it's pac. Fact of the matter is 85% of the people who post on here are *******s. Just look at their post history. They discuss nothing put pac, or bash mayweather. Other than that the only other place you'll see them post is in the lounge talking about pointless topics that have nothing to do with the sport. That or the pinoy lounge. Try having a conversation with them about boxing history, or mention a fighter as far back as the 80's and they disappear like roaches when the light come on.

First he says he shouldve fought Raheem, instaed of AVENGING his loss to Morales.

Then, he turns around and says Raheem is a journeyman, accuses Manny of ducking a JOURNEYMAN

IF manny didnt rematch with Morales, who would bet there would be alot of people crying about him ducking Morales for a rematch? But since he beat hte **** out of him we're told by floyd fans he was ducked for Raheem, while now he is fighting welterweights clotey and Cotto.

He should have fought Zahir Raheem. By the team he'd gotten back to fighting Morales, Morales was shot, and had been coming off a loss where he was completely dominated by Zahir.

Is Zahir not a journeyman or rather gatekeeper? His career was less than stellar.

At the end of the Raheem-Morales fight, even the commentators were mentioning how Pac wouldn't fight Raheem, and would likely avoid the fight. Sure enough...

You see, in reference to Cotto-Mosely, the excuse for ducking Mosely is that Mosely lost to Cotto. Same exact situation with Raheem-Morales, except Pac chose not to fight the winner of that bout. So which is it?

If Hatton was the best at 140 at the time then surely Baldomir was the best guy at 147 when Floyd beat him right, using the same logic?

Completely ridiculous, there is absolutely no basis to compare the two situations. Hatton was undefeated and the clear best at 140 when he left to fight Collazo and Floyd, and after losing to Floyd went back down and beat two more contenders, including dominating and stopping one of the better fighters in the division at the time, Paulie Malignaggi. How in the hell is there any connection between that and Carlos Baldomir?

Honestly, I'm curious. Around these boards other boxers are constantly bashed about cherry picking, but no one, Pac fan or otherwise can claim Team Pac has done any different from these fighters they claimed have taken the easy road?

For example, Pac hardly gets any criticism for not fighting Mosely when his camp openly ducked him. I don't get it?

Same for Raheem. Raheem dominates Erik Morales for 11 out of 12 rounds, and instead of fighting Raheem, Manny fights a shot Morales.

By Roach's own admission DLH was a dead man walking whom no longer desired to fight when he was matched up against Manny. He was literally drained and dehydrated, and this came straight from the mouth of Pacs camp.

Cotto? Again by team Pacs admission, Cotto was damaged goods who'd had his career ruined by Margarito. Did that stop them from fighting and hyping the fight? Nope.

Hatton? Again, by Team Pacs own admission, he'd been ruined by Mayweather, and was coming off a fight where he'd been brutalized by Lazcano. They still fought him.

Clottey? I'll give Manny credit for the fight, but everyone in boxing knew what was coming. Everyone expected Clottey to shell up and take hits, he was taylor made for Pacs style.

Pac chooses quality opponents. Hatton, Cotto and Clottey and Oscar were all quality and because Manny is so aggressive and they were bigger and also aggressive it was a dangerous for him but also very entertaining.

Morales only did those fights for the money, Every interview he had about the fight he didn't look so enthusiastic about it. I mean even look at him walking down the ring during these fights, He had no intention in giving it his all since he knew that he was already in bad shape.
