      No he cant.

If he could he would not had asked to fight JMM at 145.

No one ever wants to mention that. Floyd has always weighed in under 150 lbs on fight night. So where's all this Pacquiao is not a real WW stuff coming from? This is just a built in excuse when Mayweather taxes that ass.

can't and don't want to is not the same thing.

he's only a few lbs. heavier fight night at 147 than he was fight night at 130.

he can make 135 if he had to.

floyd probably could if he really worked at it.

it'd mean cutting weight though which he doesn't like.

well in my opinion floyd cant make 140 and manny can easily. floyd didn't make his weight known officially to the public for the marquez fight, as if i am going to take some guys word for it, he couldnt even make the agreed upon weight which manny easily would have. honestly man its not excuse **** its just fact, take the two guys put them next to each other and i think it will be pretty noticeable that floyd is bigger. manny constantly eats to put be a WW, where as i think floyd just probably eats normal. Not saying he is way smaller, but i think he is smaller, i doubt floyd could make 140 and i highly doubt floyd could have made 135 a couple years back when manny fought david diaz and 130 3 months before that.
