Who said it had anything to do with drug testing? I was pointing out that Manny changes the rules when he sees fit as well. Remember...what you were arguing? Commission? No..?

Oh, and btw, the NSAC would still test them with addition to the stipulation

If Mayweather wins, we certainly want to fight Mayweather, but he's got to come to the table looking to make a regular boxing contract. We're not going to entertain any extra issues regarding drug testing."

WHY IS ARUM & TEAM PAC AFRAID OF "ADDITIONAL TEST" TO ENSURE HE IS CLEAN?

because he isn't clean. but the tards can't see that. Manny should prove his innocence by taking the tests

The point I'm making is that if Manny believes AND trust soley in God, then he should not be worried about giving a pinch of blood.

NSAC does that. As do other states who make the call.

Just as both Mosley/Mayweather have agreed to the stipulation of OST...I was only pointing that Pacquiao has not changed any commission rules with regards to the NSAC rules. The USADA rules are optional tests and therefore up for negotiations.

Hey, and let's flip your own "about to fight the best fighter in the world" line. Does Floyd Mayweather Jnr not have the right to make sure he will be fighting the best fighter in the world on equal terms? Does he not have the right to make sure the man he's about to fight is not cheating?

The bottom line is, random drug testing should not be anywhere near this big a deal if you are clean. Don't try to act like this is some huge massive demand that'll leave Pacquiao at a big disadvantage in there, like, let's say, disallowing your opponent to come in at the weight limit he is rightfully allowed to would be for instance.
He has perfect right to request the testing, he has absolutely no right to demand it. All Manny is required to do is follow the commissions rules, if he doesnt accept additional tests Mayweather can man up and fight or turn the fight down.

                      He isn't obligated to.

By not giving in to Floyd's little rules, he's basically saying "**** you, Mayweather".

                      I like that.
