Margarito has beaten guys with plaster.

This is what I'm trying to get at. But Jack is not hearing me.

What superstition are you referring to?? What superstition is stopping him?? Can you define exactly what it is?

That Pacquiao didn't change "commission rules" as in "Nevada State Athletic Commission" not unless you're referring to USADA.

Really? Tell me...where does it state a fighter can create his own penalties for weight infractions?

No I have not. But I'm not buying the superstitious stuff. Especially from Manny who is a religious man.

WHY IS ARUM & TEAM PAC AFRAID OF "ADDITIONAL TEST" TO ENSURE HE IS CLEAN?

I guess as usual Bob Arum doesn't want this fight to happen. Think about it; Pacquiao is his cash cow and he's been putting him up against his own fighters, watching him win and getting paid. He doesn't want to see Pac take a loss to Mayweather and that's the truth.

I still don't understand how in a fight this big someone can refuse to take a simple blood test to prove their clean and cash their check.

I think Mayweather can beat Pacquiao, but in my opinion it's far from a sure thing. All I want is to see these 2 fighters take OST, come out clean and show the world who's the best fighter of our time. I would love to see Pacquiao knock Mayweather the **** out as long as i don't have to wonder about who's clean or not.

Wait, does NSAC regulate penalities on weight restriction or was that a stipulation?
