Im bumping this thread not to flame but out of curiosity on why all the talk of OST has become just about completely silent around here. I figure there are several fights and or fighters who should be being questioned by the fans as much as Manny was. Does anybody care about OST for Vitaly-Briggs? How about testing for Andre Ward? The NSAC and NYSAC were talking about implenting more stringent testing but I've heard nothing about it in almost 6 months. Was this just a phase the fans and commisions were going through to try and force a Pac-May fight?

I realize I was as bad as anyone when I first made this thread, but lets try and keep it civil this time around if anyone wants to discuss this. This is pure curiosity on my part as I haven't kept up with what may be going on with newer testing procedures.

Nobody ever cared or else they'd still be hollering about it for all fights. But as it is, those who screamed the loudest about it,

still watch boxing and tons of other fights without complaining about the need for it. They all just wanted Floyd to have complete control over everything in regards to the matchup.

How about boxing outsource all testing to an independent non-profit body and eliminate conflicts of interest??

Want to know why-----> cause boxing, despite an upturn in popularity is the most poorly run sporting organisation (though organisationsssssssssssssssssss is more appropriate) in the world. None of the players care about short term pain for long-term gain.....all they want is the money baby!!!!

Keep this thread and other like it buried......OR we can start bumping all of these old threads......and then you can point out if there is one or a handful of reasons as to why the negatives outweigh the positives......

              hint...there isn't!!!!

I doubt it. Just like the Hopkins Jones fight. No ost, and no crying from all the chillones who want only Pacquiao to have to test for his fights. ****, look at all the fights we've seen this year and how many have had extra testing?

How many times did all these idiots scream about the fight not being under fair terms and conditions?

                Never.

This is what I thought too, but people screamed up and down they were in full support of this testing. Im not knocking anyone but I have to think my first impressions were correct as we've hardly heard a peep since. I mean no ones talking about it at all for ANY other fights. Just seems a bit odd to me.

You of all people don't even care about extra testing. You just wanted your man crush to have control over the terms of the fight he never wanted.

So the fans and commissions have just given up on it, is that what you're saying? Or is it just till Floyd fights again? I mean, why isn't anyone screaming for Pac to be tested against Margs?
